  • Braised Lamb Shank in Red Wine and Rosemary
    An individual tender lamb foreshank in a red and rosemary jus with a mirepoix of chunky potato, carrot, onion, celery and swede.
     
  • Chicken with Mushroom in a White Wine Sauce
    British chicken supreme in a light creamy white wine sauce with mushrooms
     
  • Slow Cooked Pork Hock
    Fall from the bone succulent and tender slow cooked pork served with a rich cider and apple sauce.
     
  • Salmon Supreme with Hollandaise Sauce
    Skinless Scottish salmon in a delicate creamy classic Hollandaise sauce.
     
  • Cannelloni with Ricotta, Spinach and Goats Cheese (v)
    Filled ricotta cheese cannelloni in a rich creamy spinach and goats cheese sauce.
     
  • Roasted Vegetable and Wensleydale Bake (v)
    Roasted red onion, parsnip, butternut squash, carrot and potato wedges in a rich Wensleydale cheddar cheese sauce topped with a paprika cheese crumb. 

All main courses served with a choice of potato dauphinoise, seasoned potato wedges, or French fries and a selection of fresh vegetables.
